As a certified coach in The Mastermind Process™, Mike is well positioned to: help executives initiate leader, values and cultural assessments; conduct Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis; set goals and priorities; and facilitate the strategic planning process.



Mike has recently completed an intensive 8-week program through CEO Partnership and Dr. Laura Belsten in an emerging area of leadership and organizational development—Emotional Intelligence.
